MY APPROACH
In order to truly experience change and growth, my clients are expected to do hard work. The people who gain the most out of therapy are the ones committed to action and willing to make an effort. This extends past the hour we meet every week. In our sessions, we will identify a practice that you can commit to throughout the week to build your new skills. These can include practicing mindfulness techniques, journaling, self-reflecting, or experimenting with new behaviors.
